Full-Time Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish) - Orange, CA Contractors State License Schools , California's leading contractor exam preparation school, is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Orange office. What We Offer Competitive pay $21.50 per hour Monthly commission opportunities Potential quarterly bonuses 401(k) with company matching Paid sick time Company events and team activities Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist students and customers in person, by phone, and via email. Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive student experience. Assist students with applications, bonds, DBA filings, corporations, and related services. Maintain accurate student records using our Customer Management System (CMS). Monitor student progress and keep records up to date. Address student questions, concerns, and scheduling needs through inbound and outbound calls. Provide daily administrative support to the school's sales team. Develop and maintain knowledge of our programs and services to best assist students. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, data entry, and general office software. Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
