This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in-person at our office with their print, promotional, and design projects. You will be doing graphic design, submitting files to vendors, dealing directly with customers, preparing estimates and work orders, digital printing, light bindery, and being part of a cohesive team. We are PC-based with Adobe Suite experience. You will provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers. Customer Service Representative Requirements:

Experience with Graphic Design (Adobe Cloud specifically Illustrator and InDesign) required Understand, setup, and operate digital print equipment - Digital Press and Large Format File setup for printing, color calibrating, and imposition. This also includes checking fonts, links, bleeds, crops, and other file-related issues. Knowledge of Fiery Command Workstation is preferred What you will bring. At least one year of customer service experience required Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail. High internal drive to succeed and takes initiative. Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Professional Appearance and Attitude.
