Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume call and email settings, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in delivering accurate, professional service every time. This position plays a critical role in supporting customers, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. What You'll Do Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner Respond to product inquiries, order requests, and service-related questions Accurately process orders, updates, and changes while maintaining detailed records Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, determining solutions, and following through to completion Maintain and update customer accounts and contact information Partner with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment Support quoting, project coordination, and freight estimates as needed Manage a designated group of accounts and build strong customer relationships Maintain strong product and process knowledge to effectively assist customers Meet response time expectations and service level standards What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of true customer service experience in a high-volume environment (calls + emails required) Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under deadlines Excellent communication skills, including professional phone presence and strong written grammar Ability to quickly learn and retain information or reference materials efficiently Proven ability to problem-solve and manage customer concerns independently Positive, team-oriented attitude with openness to feedback and coaching Strong organizational skills and follow-through Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook (email management, calendars, reminders) Experience with CRM systems and customer management tools Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Familiarity with order processing or inventory systems is a plus Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) 3+ years customer service experience Proven reliability, strong attendance, and solid work ethic Why Apply?
