Full Job Description Position Overview:

Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Mandarin/English)Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions. Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and internal operations teams. Process and place customer orders accurately and efficiently. Visit customer warehouse locations as needed to support service and operations. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required). Authorized to work in the United States. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Must have reliable transportation for occasional travel to customer sites. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated potential and willingness to develop customer service skills.
