We specialize in face-to-face sales, client support, and customer engagement, helping individuals and families choose the right wireless plans to fit their lifestyle. We are currently hiring a Client Support Representative to join our growing team in Temecula. The Client Support Representative will focus on client support, sales, and engagement while representing Verizon's wireless cellphone plans with professionalism and energy. This is a hands-on role built for someone who enjoys client interaction, relationship building, and daily engagement with customers. Responsibilities of the
Client Support Representative:
Provide direct client support by assisting customers with Verizon wireless cellphone plans, upgrades, and account questions. Drive daily engagement with customers through in-person conversations and consultations. Deliver personalized client support that builds trust and long-term relationships. Identify sales opportunities while maintaining a strong client support experience. Increase customer engagement by explaining plan features, pricing, and promotions clearly. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring high-quality client support at every interaction. Track sales activity, client support interactions, and engagement outcomes accurately. Collaborate with team members to improve client support strategies and engagement results. Qualifications for the
Client Support Representative:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client support preferred Strong communication skills with a focus on engagement Comfortable engaging with clients of different backgrounds Goal-driven mindset with a passion for client support Professional, reliable, and team-oriented High school diploma required (college degree not required - we provide training)

$800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
