What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour plus commision on ancillary sales Full-time schedule (35-40 hours per week) Flexible scheduling Paid time off Free oil change for your personal vehicle after your 90-day probationary period Company-provided uniforms Opportunities for advancement and career growth What You'll Do Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid inspections. Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs. Recommend and install additional services or products requested by customers or needed for vehicle safety and maintenance. Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and clearly explaining services. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist with local marketing efforts, including business-to-business outreach, flyering, and sign waving. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. What We're Looking For Bilingual (English/Spanish). Previous experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Open availability, including weekdays and weekends. Available to work any day Sunday through Saturday (5-day work week).
