Position Summary:
We're hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Staff member to support our operations. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys variety in their day, excels in multitasking, and consistently delivers outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage phone and counter sales Assist customers in person and over the phone Manifesting (daily flight or activity scheduling) Perform general office duties and light cleaning Maintain an organized and professional workspace
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Friendly, team-oriented attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Weekend availability is required
Hours:
Average 15-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling
