Customer Service Representative 1440 North McDowell Boulevard, Petaluma, CA 94954 $20 an hour - Full-time $20 an hour - Full-time We're seeking a professional and reliable Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls with our merchants. This role requires a strong focus on providing excellent customer support, resolving issues, and helping retain existing accounts through outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle merchant calls with a goal of one-call resolution and timely follow-up Manage merchant issues including billing, claims, training, training, etc. Maintain accurate records, scan documents, and monitor email communication Work collaboratively with team members and management

Required Skills:

Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities Time management and multitasking in high-pressure situations Experience with Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook Typing speed of at least 30 WPM Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
