Customer Service Representative - Wilkinson Portables Placerville, CA | Full-Time | $25-$28/hr DOE Wilkinson Portables is a 65+ year family-owned business serving El Dorado, Sacramento, Amador, Calaveras, and Tuolumne counties with portable sanitation, temporary fencing, and septic services. We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Placerville front office team. What you'll do: This is a fast-paced phones-and-orders role. Your day will revolve around helping customers, accurately entering orders, and supporting smooth day-to-day office operations. You'll work closely with our front office and dispatch team and help keep communication flowing throughout the day. Answer incoming calls and take portable toilet, fencing, and septic service orders Enter orders accurately into our system and communicate details to dispatch Follow up with customers on questions, scheduling, and account needs Support the front office team with general administrative tasks What we're looking for: You're confident on the phone and genuinely good with people, including the occasional frustrated caller You can manage details — order accuracy matters in our business You show up on time, every day, and you're dependable You take ownership of your work and don't need to be chased to follow through Experience in customer service, dispatch, or a similar phone-based role is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter more than a specific résumé What we offer: $25-$28/hour, depending on experience Stable, predictable schedule — Monday through Friday Paid time off and sick time A small-team office where your work is visible and valued A 65-year family-owned company with strong roots in the community To apply: Please submit your résumé through Indeed.
