RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments Reach out to and follow up with up with prospective customers Follow up with clients with special order parts, recalls, and pending services to schedule appointments Connect new customers with appropriate service team member Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter
REQUIREMENTS
Previous customer service experience is required Previous call center experience is preferred Must be tenacious and willing to learn Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills Clean driving record & valid driver's license
