JOB SUMMARY
Answering Heavy Customer Call Volume (call center atmosphere) Scheduling Inspections & Service Routing Technicians Order Entry Of New Customers Processing Payments Reporting Responding To Customer Emails/Inquiries Other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
High character, be willing to do the right thing Dedicated to customer service excellence Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Extensive knowledge of the area logistics and routing Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail
