Job Duties (Ocean Import Customer Service): Process incoming and outgoing shipments Communicate with customers while providing exceptional customer service Request quotations for shipments, schedule trucking deliveries Keep accurate shipment records Perform other duties as needed and directed by management. Required Experience (Ocean Import Customer Service): Experience in international freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution, and/or customs clearance is a plus but not required. Training will be provided. Required Language (Ocean Import Customer Service): Read, write, and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual in any second language is a plus.
