Solar Digital Customer Experience Specialist - San Diego, CA Who We Are Join a globally recognized industrial technology company headquartered in San Diego, CA. With a presence in markets around the world, this organization supports critical infrastructure operations. You will be joining a collaborative, innovative team that is actively shaping the future of how customers interact with their technology platforms on a global scale. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for global customers experiencing access issues, troubleshooting needs, and platform support inquiries, resolving approximately 750 tickets annually Manage and administer customer accounts across a suite of customer facing digital applications, ensuring seamless access and a positive user experience Draft and coordinate communications to a global user base regarding platform updates and announcements

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.
