Job Description

INNO Technologies is a sales and business consulting firm seeking an Client Success Specialist for local operations. This Client Success Specialist role entails strategic management of Frontier's product suite, campaign leadership, and development of enterprise-level client relationships. As an Client Success Specialist, you will undergo strategic development in the stewardship of Frontier customer accounts and the facilitation of service implementation. The Client Success Specialist's training will focus on the articulation of Frontier's integrated service offerings, the management of CRM analytics, and the support of client retention initiatives Key Responsibilities of the Client Success Specialist Manage customer accounts and activations, guiding plan selection, verifying eligibility, and ensuring documentation accuracy through Frontier's CRM systems. Execute structured outreach campaigns, promoting Frontier's internet, phone, and TV services in alignment with territory goals and service benchmarks. Maintain and analyze CRM data, tracking customer interactions, service milestones, and account activity to support performance reporting and campaign adjustments. As a Client Success Specialist, resolve service issues promptly, escalating complex cases to internal teams and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Support client retention efforts, using engagement feedback and usage trends to recommend bundled upgrades and loyalty strategies. Collaborate with Client Success Specialist, internal departments and campaign leads, ensuring consistent messaging, service coordination, and outreach alignment across assigned territories. Contribute to campaign optimization, identifying gaps in service delivery, refining outreach tactics, and supporting territory performance improvements. Minimum Qualifications of the Client Success Specialist Experience in customer engagement, sales, or account support, ideally within telecom, retail, or subscription-based industries. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of guiding customers through service options and supporting campaign performance across Frontier's product suite. CRM proficient, with the ability to maintain clean, actionable data to monitor account activity, forecast activations, and report territory metrics. Detail-oriented and adaptable, thrives in structured, performance-driven environments with clear benchmarks and outreach protocols.
