Rancho Cucamonga, California Compensation:
Starting pay is $17.50 per hour during the training and probationary period. Upon successful completion of training and probation, employees may be eligible for a pay increase based on performance, reliability, quality of work, responsibility, attendance, leadership, and overall contribution to the company.

is seeking a professional, motivated, and dependable Office Staff - Customer Relations team member to join our office. This position focuses on building positive customer relationships through professional communication, providing information about our services, maintaining accurate customer records, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, confident speaking with customers over the phone, comfortable using a computer, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is eager to learn, works efficiently, and represents the company with professionalism and courtesy. Responsibilities Professionally communicate with current and prospective customers by phone. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Provide accurate information regarding company services. Enter and update customer information in the company database. Maintain organized customer records and documentation. Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail. Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with general office and administrative duties. Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by management. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position is performed primarily indoors in a professional office environment.
Employees must be able to:
Work comfortably on a computer for extended periods. Use Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications. Communicate professionally over the phone throughout the workday. Sit for extended periods while performing administrative tasks. Occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds. Perform repetitive tasks such as data entry, documentation, and customer communication while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Previous customer service or office experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and data entry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone throughout the workday. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive administrative and communication tasks. Must have reliable transportation. Must pass E-Verify. Must successfully pass a background check (no exceptions). Must successfully complete a 90-day training and probationary evaluation period.
