This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, retail, client relations, and working in a people-focused environment. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide product and service information, and support daily sales goals. This position offers paid training, hands-on experience, and opportunities to grow within a sales and customer service career path. Responsibilities Connect with customers in a professional and helpful manner Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Provide information about services, promotions, and available solutions Support individual and team sales goals Build strong customer relationships through clear communication Maintain a positive customer experience during each interaction Work with the sales team to improve performance and customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a client-facing role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment Ability to build rapport with customers Professional, dependable, and coachable Positive attitude and willingness to learn Motivated to grow in sales, customer engagement, and client relations What We Offer $17 - $20 per hour plus commissions and bonuses Paid training and ongoing support Career advancement opportunities Hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and customer engagement Supportive team environment Savvy Acquisitions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
