In this role, you'll help clients protect what matters most by providing personalized insurance solutions, exceptional service, and clear guidance. You'll handle inbound customer needs, build long‑term relationships, and actively grow the agency through consultative sales. Salary Range:

Sales development — Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate Farmers products, and close new business. Policy management — Process renewals, endorsements, and account updates with accuracy. Relationship building — Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
