The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in domestic air freight forwarding , customer service, and pricing/quotations. This position plays a critical role in supporting customers, preparing competitive air freight quotes, coordinating shipments, and ensuring a high level of service from booking through final delivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate domestic air freight quotations for customers and sales representatives. Negotiate rates with airlines, cartage providers, and service partners. Coordinate domestic air freight shipments from pickup through delivery. Respond to customer inquiries regarding rates, shipment status, transit times, and service options. Track and trace shipments while providing proactive updates. Maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, and vendors. Enter shipment and pricing information into the company's operating system. Assist with resolving service issues, claims, and shipment discrepancies. Ensure compliance with TSA regulations and company procedures. Support the sales team by following up on quotes and identifying opportunities for growth. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in domestic air freight forwarding required. Strong understanding of domestic air cargo pricing, routing, and carrier services. Experience preparing freight quotations and managing customer accounts. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and freight forwarding/TMS software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with expedited and time-critical shipments. Knowledge of domestic airline cargo operations. Existing relationships with domestic air carriers and trucking providers. Experience working in a freight forwarding environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
