We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented person dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses. Respond to customer and client inquiries and concerns with timely, accurate information Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures Meet or exceed established performance requirements. Other duties as required, including dispatching

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Fluent in English Computer literate Excellent customer service skills. Ability to operate standard telephone system. Physical Requirements:
