Customer Service Associate

Provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and overall work environment, maintain the sales floor, some experience in retail and cash handling preferred, familiarization with products and ability to communicate the products to clients/customers, up-sell new items and inventory, ability to lift 10-15lbs at times to accept and stock orders and inventory, willingness to be a team member and work well with others, High school Diploma or equivalent required. Summary As a Customer Service Associate, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our customers while managing cash handling and sales transactions. Your core skills in communication, retail math, and customer service will enable you to assist customers effectively and maintain a positive shopping environment. With a high school diploma or GED, you will utilize your premium skills in POS systems and merchandising to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections. Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize basic math skills for sales and cash handling tasks.
