Job Description

As a Client Account Assistant, you'll be the go-to connection between customers and one of the most trusted names in wireless. This is a full-time role where you'll speak directly with customers, assist with service enrollments, and help manage day-to-day account activity. You'll work directly with individuals who need reliable solutions, guiding them through available plans and supporting campaign performance. You'll represent Verizon, providing real-time customer support that's clear, helpful, and customer-focused. As a Client Account Assistant, you'll: Help customers enroll in new Verizon wireless service plans and activations Communicate service details, upgrades, and features to support confident sales decisions Provide direct, face-to-face customer service in assigned outreach areas Assist with billing questions, sales account management, and service plan recommendations Maintain accurate customer records, log sales updates, and manage account follow-ups Support daily sales performance goals and deliver a strong customer experience What we look for in a
