Job Summary:
The Client Relations Associate plays an essential role in shaping the client experience and setting the tone for our firm. In this position you will ensure every interaction is welcoming, professional and handled with care through a wide range of administrative and client support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests via phone, email, and secure messaging Maintain a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions Process new account openings, account transfers, and account maintenance requests Handle operational tasks such as account opening issues, wire transfers, check deposits, and alerts/notifications Update financial data, generate performance reports, and manage Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Advisors Assistant, Salesforce, or Redtail Support operational workflows related to trading requests, money movements, and account updates Provide clients with timely updates on requests and account changes Prepare and review paperwork for accuracy and completeness before submission to custodians Work with custodians' back-office teams to ensure timely processing Maintain and update financial logs and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Review monthly AUM (Assets Under Management) and ensure accurate data tracking Assist with client events and advisory-related meetings
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred 2-5 experience financial advisory operations, investment support, or compliance is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Task prioritization, organization and attention to detail Effective professional verbal and written skills Interpersonal and client service skills Must take initiative and work independently High Integrity and confidentiality
