Position Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout California and Nevada Maintain accurate and detailed customer notes and job updates Coordinate schedules and communicate effectively with field technicians Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with cities and surrounding areas throughout: California Nevada Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems preferred Previous dispatching or customer service experience is a plus Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Trout Electric?
