Job Description

Join a Growing Automotive Team! We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Spanish-Speaking BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our dealership team. If you enjoy helping customers, excel at communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Handle incoming sales and service inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat. Follow up with internet leads and previous customers. Schedule appointments for customers with our sales and service departments. Build rapport with English- and Spanish-speaking customers. Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system. Consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting and sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong phone presence and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems preferred. Previous BDC, call center, customer service, sales, or automotive experience is a plus but not required. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
