Pay Range:

$20•$24/hr Ultimate Staffing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a well-established environmental services organization in Sacramento. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and inquiries Schedule and dispatch container deliveries, exchanges, and removals Maintain accurate customer records and update account information Process credit card payments and perform data entry/reporting Dispatch drivers via radio and assist with route scheduling Email and mail service information to customers Support reporting, billing, routing, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
