The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, healthcare support knowledge, and technical proficiency to foster positive relationships with providers. In this role, you will manage provider inquiries, facilitate efficient communication. Your expertise in client services and healthcare operations will contribute to seamless provider engagement and support high-quality patient care. Duties Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing questions and resolving issues related to authorizations, claims, and network participation. Facilitate effective communication via phone calls, emails, in-person meetings and other channels to ensure timely resolution of provider concerns. Maintain accurate documentation of provider interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline provider workflows and improve overall satisfaction through proactive support. Monitor provider network status and assist with credentialing processes as needed. Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and EMR/EHR management tools. Skills Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette. Extensive experience with healthcare support functions, including client services and medical office procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Knowledge of health insurance policies, medical terminology, and billing practices. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Previous experience in call center environments or customer service roles within healthcare settings. Ability to analyze provider data and troubleshoot issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
