Job Description

A well-established Sonoma County company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support warehouse operations, order processing, and inventory management. This role is critical to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and serves as a key liaison between sales, operations, suppliers, and customers. This position also provides administrative and clerical support related to order processing, shipping, and inventory control. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, customer-service driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications ERP software experience preferred (training provided) Strong math skills, including working with fractions, percentages, and ratios Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Industry-related experience is a plus Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse and business operations Process sales orders, shipping documents, invoicing, and payment-related tasks Provide product recommendations and operational support to internal teams Respond to customer, supplier, and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with purchasing, receiving, and inventory management Support daily and quarterly inventory counts Help maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand Assist sales team with pricing accuracy and issue resolution Provide administrative support to office and operations teams Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Support additional office and warehouse functions as needed Key Skills Customer service excellence Inventory coordination Order processing Administrative support Strong follow-through Problem-solving Team collaboration

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
