Job Description

Customer Service Representative Position Job Tasks:
  • Manage incoming calls & monitor Customer Service Emails
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to determine who can best assist based on the request being made
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools available
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Monitor & Update ERP system as assigned

Sales Qualifications:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Competency in Microsoft Outlook & Office Tools
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Familiarity with developing Customer and Vendor relationships
  • willingness to engage with both via phone and email
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to write detailed and articulate emails
  • Well-organized with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as required by the task
