The Camp Transformation Center San Diego is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care & Sales Representative to become the face of our studio and help us create an incredible member experience every day. What You'll DoMember Experience & Customer Care Welcome members and guests with energy and enthusiasm Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, text, email, and social media Check members into classes and assist with registrations Answer questions and provide solutions that exceed expectations Create a fun, welcoming, and positive atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors Sales & Member Growth Conduct studio tours and introduce prospective members to our programs Follow up with leads and help people get started on their fitness journey Promote memberships, challenges, supplements, retail products, and specialty programs Help achieve studio sales goals through relationship-building and excellent service Social Media & Marketing Capture photos and videos of workouts, events, and member success stories Create Instagram Stories, Reels, and social media content Engage with members online and help grow our local community presence Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and events Studio Operations Complete opening and closing procedures Process memberships, payments, and client accounts using our management software Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment Assist with administrative projects and day-to-day operations What We're Looking For Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales experience preferred but not required Comfortable on camera and active on social media Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a can-do attitude Passion for fitness, health, and helping others Spanish-speaking is a plus Schedule Part-Time Monday-Friday 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM Perks Free Camp membership Fun, supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the company Be part of changing lives every day Work in a positive fitness-focused atmosphere Commision Ready to Join Our Team?
