SAGE San Francisco Compensation:
$26-$30 per hour + $5.50/hr differential for shifts between 6 PM - 6AM Schedule:
V aried schedule 7am-5pm Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues This is a per diem position with shifts scheduled as needed. New casual employees must complete four full training shifts (8 hours each) before picking up independent shifts. Active casual team members are required to work at least one shift per month to maintain status. About theRole:

Client Interaction:
Greet clients and pets with warmth, ensuring a positive experienceAppointment & Schedule Management:
Coordinate appointments, procedures, and clinic operationsCommunication:
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage messages viaTiger Text Record Keeping:
Accurately maintain client and patient records in PIM software (EzyVet) while ensuring confidentialityCheck-In & Check-Out:
Process client paperwork, verify information, and handle paymentsBilling & Invoicing:
Assist with fee calculations, process payments, and generate invoicesClient Education:
Provide general pet care guidance and answer client questionsFacility Maintenance:
Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcomingTeam Collaboration:
Work closely with veterinary staff to support smooth clinic operationsEmergency Response:
Handle urgent situations calmly, escalating as appropriateProblem Solving:
Address client concerns professionally and efficientlyQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of customer service experience (veterinary experience preferred) 1+ years of hospitality experience , providing a welcoming environment for clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable with typing 45+ WPM , 10-key calculator use, and data entry Experience with PIM software (EzyVet) preferred Strong phone etiquette and client communication skillsWho You Are:
