Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a customer-focused team member to support a graduation event in San Francisco, California as part of a Contract position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming experience in a fast-paced live event setting. The person in this role will help guide attendees through photo-related processes while maintaining an experienced and attentive presence throughout the event.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome graduates and provide clear direction so they can reach the correct photo area efficiently.
• Monitor guest flow and keep lines moving in an orderly manner to support a smooth event experience.
• Use a QR code scanner to confirm participant information accurately during check-in and photo coordination.
• Prepare, sort, and maintain index cards in the proper sequence, securing grouped sets as needed for easy handling.
• Interact with students and attendees in a courteous, attentive, and respectful manner at all times.
• Support on-site event logistics by staying alert to changing line volume and adjusting guidance as needed.
• Help maintain an organized event environment that reflects high service standards and positive guest engagement.
