What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the Veterinary Hospital Manager and the rest of the clinic staff to deliver top-notch administrative and customer support. Your role will help ensure every client and their pet enjoys a five-star experience from start to finish.

What You'll Bring:

1+ years of experience in a veterinary setting (preferred) A genuine passion for helping pets and their owners A customer-first mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile for pet parents Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with compassion, professionalism, and respect Adaptability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment A strong sense of accountability and reliability Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn and use practice management software Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy The Role in

Detail:

Provide exceptional communication across various channels (phone, email, text, and in person) with clients—current, former, and prospective Help maintain a clean and organized clinic and workspace Ensure accurate records for client communication, appointments, patient care, and financial transactions Gather essential patient information and provide clear, solution-oriented next steps for clients Direct client questions or concerns to the appropriate team member when necessary Support the clinical team with basic tasks, as needed Operate a multi-line phone system and various office equipment, including computers, printers, and credit card terminals Continuously seek ways to improve processes and optimize the use of our practice management software
