Job Description

  • Our client, a growing optometry and healthcare organization is seeking a Customer Service
  • Eyewear to join their team. As a Customer Service
  • Eyewear Specialist, you will be part of the Optical Services department supporting Patient Care and Retail Eyewear teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer focus, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

  • USD $20.00
  • $21.00 per hour
  • What's the Job?
  • + Assist patients with selecting frames and lenses based on their needs + Educate patients on eyewear options and benefits + Take accurate measurements to ensure proper lens fit + Verify insurance and explain benefits to patients + Perform eyewear adjustments, repairs, and order follow-ups
  • What's Needed?
  • + High school diploma or
GED + 2-3
years of optical or related experience + Strong customer service and sales skills + Ability to use basic computer systems and office software + Effective communication and teamwork skills
