The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, and supporting sales initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organised, communicative, and passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable to effectively serve our diverse customer base. The position involves engaging with customers via phone and digital channels, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Responsibilities Quickly respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records through data entry and update customer information in the CRM system Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during interactions Provide support in processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Analyse customer feedback and communication patterns to suggest improvements in service delivery Billing and Accounting experience a plus Skills Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail Bilingual in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and feedback effectively Ability to upsell products or services tactfully without compromising customer satisfaction Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are committed to delivering top-tier customer service.
