Job Description:
Are you a customer-focused and detail-oriented Supply Chain Customer Service Specialist looking to make a meaningful impact?
Job Details Pay:
$28.00/hour
Schedule:
Rotating - 08 Hour, Start time will range from 12pm to 2pm.

Education Qualifications:
High school diploma or
GED Equivalent Experience Qualifications:
Min 1-2 years Customer service experience in a high-volume environment Data entry and record maintenance experience Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel Medical supply knowledge
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to answer moderately complex questions, direct calls, and obtain information from several sources Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to establish positive, customer oriented working relationships with a variety of professional, technical and non-technical staff and clients Knowledge of accounts payable terminology Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area
Responsibilities:
Serve as the central intake point for supply chain requests received via phone, portal, email, and walk-up interactions Capture and document customer requests accurately to support fulfillment and reporting Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and clinical teams to ensure timely resolution of supply requests Perform inventory checks and submit stock requests through Workday Answer incoming calls and emails regarding supply chain and accounts payable inquiries Route inquiries to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up Maintain accurate records through data entry and system documentation Support vendor statement reconciliations and invoice processing activities Scan, sort, file, and retrieve documents as needed Maintain departmental supplies and support daily operational activities Troubleshoot customer needs and provide exceptional service to clinical and non-clinical staff Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to resolve issues and support operational goals About Us Power Personnel has been working with healthcare professionals like you since 1994.
