The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to be the warm, welcoming voice of Native Trails. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to homeowners, interior designers, dealers, and other industry partners while ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and craftsmanship of our brand. You'll join a collaborative, positive team where your contributions directly shape the customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact: Answer calls, voicemails, emails, social media messages and the occasional walk-ins with professionalism, empathy, and genuine warmth.
Process orders and requests:
Enter sales orders we receive from our dealers and sales reps; package and ship samples or small parts via USPS.
Support customer engagement:
Respond to inquiries from homeowners, trade professionals, and dealers; occasionally guide showroom visitors through our artisan-crafted products. 95% will be over telephone and email and 5% in person.
Maintain accuracy and follow-through:
Keep customer information up to date in our Customer Database and ensure timely, detailed responses.
Support the team:
Provide clerical assistance, organize the showroom and reception area, and contribute to special projects that enhance customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service experience preferred, but entry level is ok if you have the following: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills A problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail Team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt and assist across multiple functions

Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
