Job Description
Hive Natural Beauty Collective is seeking a front desk representative. Hive is an eco-friendly salon and boutique. Our front desk representative, known as "Guest Services," is the curator of good times, and runs the show with a smile! Our Guest Services Rep is responsible for:
- opening/closing duties
- welcoming guests into our space
- answering phone calls/voice messages/texts/e-mails
- scheduling appointments
- POS•daily cleaning/sanitizing•washing linens•maintaining our recycling program•being awesome•educating and selling retail•and more!
BONUS. YOU
are the first face greeting our guests. Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with our guests.We are looking for someone:
