Job Description

Looking for a high energy customer service rep for a fast paced insurance agency. Must be very organized and willing to learn. Must be licensed. We pay for your training and licensing costs Position will start out very clerical with growth into servicing existing book of clients. Great career opportunity with an industry that is always changing. We offer competitive salary with bonuses and Group health insurance. 9 paid holidays and 2 weeks paid time off. 9-5 Monday-Friday. Responsibilities:
Answer phones Handle customer inquiries Re-market insurance renewals Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
