Elevate Collective is seeking a people-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Enrollment Associate. We partner with AT&T to connect customers with innovative telecommunications solutions through professional direct interactions. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you will speak directly with potential customers, educate them on available services, and complete new enrollments while building meaningful relationships within the community. Our entry level role is designed to help every Customer Enrollment Associate succeed while gaining valuable experience in customer acquisition and enrollment services. Responsibilities of a Customer Enrollment Associate Engage with potential customers in person to discuss AT&T products and services Educate customers on available wireless, internet, and telecommunications solutions Complete new customer enrollments and account activations Build positive relationships with customers through exceptional service Represent AT&T and Elevate Collective professionally at all times Participate in daily training and development sessions Maintain current knowledge of promotions and service offerings Work collaboratively with entry level team members to achieve goals Assist customers throughout the enrollment process Provide accurate information and answer customer questions Qualifications for a Customer Enrollment Associate Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required as this is an entry level position Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work effectively in a team environment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Customer-focused mindset Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
