For 20 years we've refurbished TI calculators to like-new condition and sold them to families through Amazon — where we're a partner and a top 1% seller in the back-to-school category — and direct to schools and districts, a channel we're actively expanding. We're an established, steady company — profitable and growing for 20+ years — based in North County San Diego (San Marcos). We are a Small, sharp team. THE ROLE
We're hiring a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to keep our daily operation running clean — customer inquiries, orders and quotes, the CRM, and the admin that keeps everything moving so nothing slips through the cracks. This is hands-on operational support, which is why it's in-office.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Customer service by email and phone — helpful, clear, and on top of it Order and quote processing CRM maintenance and pipeline follow-up (we run on HubSpot) Coordination with our warehouse and operations team The day-to-day admin that keeps nothing from falling through the cracks
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Reliable and organized — you catch the thing about to slip and fix it without being told. You must love being on the phone and calling customers and comfortable asking them for things and move things forward. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity Clear communicator, comfortable on the phone and in email, excellent English Detail-oriented and steady — you like keeping things running well Comfortable with computers and AI tools — we're a tech-forward team and will want you using AI to make your own work faster
HOW WE WORK
We're a nimble team. You'll work directly with our Head of Ops (who also codes and works between the warehouse and the CEO) — no layers in between. We expect everyone to use AI and build small automations that make their own job faster, with guidance on what we need. This is for people with high agency who like freedom and enjoy delivering results without bureaucracy. The catch-22: there's no room for mediocrity. :-) Apply with your resume.
