In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting them with inquiries related to our services and handle all stages of the process from quotation through shipment. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms while supporting our operational efficiency and integrity. You will collaborate with team members to ensure timely data processing and contribute to the overall success of our data management and customer service initiatives. Responsibilities Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs, expectations, and priorities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and any issues or inquiries. Keep accounts organized, informed, and running smoothly Escalate complex customer requests or issues to program management manager. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute suggestions for enhancing the customer experience. Deliver fast, transparent updates on timelines, changes, and solutions Responsible for entering orders by verifying pricing, bill of materials, and creating the necessary work orders. Keep customer data records organized and current Accurately enter and maintain data across various databases and systems Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide timely solutions. Utilize ERP data entry software and tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity Adhere to data governance and compliance policies to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident Strong written and verbal skills with a professional, polished demeanor Basic computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service or account management in manufacturing is a plus, but not required Experience with database management systems and ERP data entry software Familiarity with data updating and validation processes Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Proficient in data entry software and spreadsheet applications Basic understanding of database management principles Ability to learn new software tools and technologies quickly Other Skills and Cultural Fit Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions. Adaptability to changing priorities and work demands Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to enhance performance
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
