Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences. As a Customer Service Associate, you will serve as a front-line representative, engaging with community members at outreach events and promotional campaigns. Your role will focus on answering questions, providing information, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. No previous experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
Responsibilities :
Deliver outstanding customer service through professional, face-to-face interactions. Welcome and engage community members in a friendly, approachable manner. Answer questions and provide accurate information about campaigns, services, and nonprofit initiatives. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Build positive relationships that encourage long-term community engagement. Maintain a thorough understanding of campaign objectives and organizational messaging. Assist with event setup, presentation materials, and daily operations. Accurately record customer interactions and campaign activity. Collaborate with teammates to achieve customer service and outreach goals. Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others. Excellent customer service mindset. Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable speaking with diverse groups of people. Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, sales, or community engagement is welcomed but not required.
