In this energetic role, you will be the friendly voice that assists customers and vendors, resolves inquiries, and enhances their experience with our company. Your excellent communication skills and positive attitude will drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a real difference for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls Redirect calls to appropriate department/ employee or take messages Listen to customer questions, concerns, and needs and offer solutions based on product availability. Process customer orders Reply to incoming customer emails Follow up with customers by making daily outbound calls and emails Utilize the computer to determine product availability and pricing. Stay up to date with new product and product knowledge Work with store representatives as neeeded. Experience Previous call center experience or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Multilingual or bilingual abilities in English plus additional languages are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across various channels. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry accuracy. Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes with efficiency while maintaining quality service standards. Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is a plus.
