Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support lot operations and deliver a positive experience for every visitor. This Contract position combines customer-facing service with day-to-day coordination of vehicle flow, lot presentation, and team support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an active outdoor environment, communicates clearly, and helps maintain a safe and orderly site.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily lot activity by guiding staff assignments, overseeing vehicle movement, and helping keep the area clean and well organized.
  • Welcome customers upon arrival, provide clear directions, respond to questions, and create a detail-focused and friendly experience.
  • Promote a safe environment by following site procedures, reinforcing operating standards, and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Manage parking availability and traffic patterns to support efficient entry, exit, and overall lot flow.
  • Handle customer concerns effectively, using sound judgment to resolve issues quickly.
  • Inspect lot equipment and surrounding areas regularly, reporting maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
  • Support onboarding and coaching for new team members to encourage consistent service and operational practices.
  • Maintain accurate daily records related to lot usage, attendance, and other operational activities.
