Job Description

Professional Search Group OC is proud to partner with our client , a renowned leader in the high-end indoor and outdoor furniture industry, in the search for a Client Services Specialist . This is a unique opportunity to join a design-focused, globally respected company that has been setting the standard in the luxury furnishings space for over 40 years. This full-time, temporary 6-month contract, office-based role is located in Santa Fe Springs, CA , and operates Monday through Friday . As a Client Services Specialist , you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing key administrative and client-focused tasks within a defined territory. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, customer service experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Client Services Specialist Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between the sales team, vendors, clients, and end-users Support assigned sales representatives in managing daily account activity Generate and track sales quotes Process and oversee complex orders from initiation to delivery Handle invoicing, payment collection, and shipment release Provide updates and respond to inquiries regarding order changes or status Maintain deep knowledge of product lines to assist clients effectively Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and payments Perform additional tasks as required by management
Client Services Specialist Qualifications:
