The CS and Sales Associate will be responsible for managing and driving the on-time delivery of multiple tasks simultaneously, while initiating proactive, cross-functional communication. Fireball Toolworks LLC is a leading welding tool manufacturing company, producing cutting edge products for the welding industry with emphasis on caring after the consumer's needs. The Ideal Customer Service and Sales Associate:

Ability to work independently and remain focused under tight deadlines, while working alone. A detail-oriented rule follower whose "word is their bond". Unmatched organizational and documentation skills; they notice the details when others don't. Relentless in their pursuit of factual information, especially when given a new area to research. A direct, factual, and no-nonsense communicator who doesn't waste time with "small talk".

Customer Service and Sales Associate Requirements:

Oversees and manages all aspects of our RMA process from start to finish. Provides phone support for the team. Coordinates the shipments between California and Texas warehouses. Manages communication of customers who have placed LTL orders and irons out the logistics of getting them their order.

Qualifications & Experience:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent with 2 or more years of related experience. Experience in providing phone and email support in a customer service environment.
