Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service professional for a new opportunity in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer support professional who is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys coordinating service requests, communicating with customers, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced business services environment. The Customer Service role supports communication between stores, agents, dispatchers, and transportation teams to ensure timely service coordination and accurate follow-up. Candidates who enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working with supportive leadership will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to daily service requests by email and telephone from store locations.
  • Dispatch service requests to the appropriate local dispatcher or agent and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Monitor and manage client email inboxes to ensure all inquiries are addressed accurately and promptly.
  • Track daily customer service call and email volumes and maintain accurate service records.
  • Coordinate initial pickups for new accounts with the Transportation team and validate daily agent pickups.
  • Communicate with agents regarding scheduling, data accuracy, trailer verification reports, and service-related issues.
