Customer Service / Order Entry Representative

Life Specialty Coatings® is seeking a detail oriented and dependable Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to join our team in a fast paced coatings and decking materials environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations between customers, sales, production, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming emails and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Process customer orders accurately and prioritize high importance orders Print and review orders, upload order documents into Acumatica, and maintain complete customer files Send order approvals and confirmations as needed Process customer payments, upload receipts into Acumatica, and document payment details Review pending payments and follow up on order status Provide stock checks, color availability, and product information Retrieve and communicate will call times and shipping dates Add and maintain orders on internal tracking sheets Download and attach original purchase orders into customer files Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with order status, pricing, and product questions Prepare pricing quotes and ground shipping quotes Place purchase orders with purchasing when needed Measure homes for HI material orders to ensure warranty requirements are met Report pricing discrepancies to supervisor Double check all entered orders for accuracy before release Ensure all daily work is completed and outstanding items are resolved before end of day Support additional duties as assigned

Schedule:

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
