Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for record keeping.
