In-Person The Details Up Front Location:
Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 — in-person, no remote
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8-hour morning shift
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00/hr depending on experience

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. The Role As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you'll play a central part in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll work alongside a collaborative team with clear processes and defined responsibilities — and you'll have the support of leadership that's invested in your success.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Managing our RMA process from intake to resolution Providing phone and email support to our customers Coordinating shipments between our California and Texas warehouse locations Communicating with customers on LTL orders and managing the logistics to get them what they need, on time
What We're Looking For:
Someone who takes accuracy seriously and checks their work A reliable, consistent communicator who follows through on commitments A team player who respects established processes and contributes to a stable, organized environment Someone who prefers knowing what's expected of them — and then delivering on it Comfortable with process-driven work and taking ownership of a clearly defined scope
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience Background in phone and email customer service
